    • How are orders placed on Ajaera delivered to me?
      All orders placed on Ajaera are dispatched through our own courier partners.
    • How can I get my order delivered faster?
      Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order.
    • My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.
      Rest assured, your money is fully secure. Occasionally, due to technical instabilities, there may be instances where the payment amount is debited but fails to process at the payment gateway. However, in such rare cases, the amount will be promptly reversed and returned to your account within 24 hours. Should an unlikely situation occur where the payment does go through despite the technical issue, we have you covered. We will take one of two actions: either your order will be processed smoothly, allowing you to receive the product or service as intended, or alternatively, if the order cannot be fulfilled, we will promptly refund the full amount to the original source of payment. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we are committed to resolving any payment-related concerns in a transparent and efficient manner.

      • Flat Shipping Rate: Shipping within India is a flat rate of INR 100, regardless of the number of items purchased.
      • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above INR 5000.
      • Transparent Pricing: Our prices include all applicable taxes, such as GST, and for customers in Maharashtra, OCTROI is also covered.
      • Swift Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.
      • Accurate Delivery: We ensure prompt and accurate delivery to the address provided during order placement. If you need to make any modifications, kindly reach out to us at care@ajaerabymadsway within 2 hours of placing the order.
      • Non-Business Day Notice: Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

    • How do I track my order?

    • Where is my order processed from?
      Orders are processed from our warehouse in Greater Noida West, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.
    • Who will deliver my order?
      We utilize registered companies such as Shiprocket and others for shipping within India. Our trusted delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package to your specified address before initiating a return to us. To ensure a seamless delivery process, kindly provide us with a mobile number where you can be reached, along with your complete shipping address, including the pin-code. In the event of delivery, if you notice any signs of damage or tampering on the package, we advise you not to accept it. Our customer support team is available Monday to Sunday, between 11 AM to 7 PM IST, and will be more than happy to assist you.     • If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?
      Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
  • PAYMENTS
    • What should I do if my payment fails?
      In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us.
    • My card payment is declined
      We would request you to check with your bank, in case of insufficient balance and/or if your card is currently valid. You could also try clearing your cache and reattempting with a different card or bank account.
    • Money is debited but I haven’t received any confirmation?
      Please share your email id and the exact amount charged to us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com so that and we can quickly check at the payment gateway and will inform you accordingly.
    • Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?
      Unfortunately we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment
    • What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
      We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions: • Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, and American Express • Net Banking – All major banks • Debit Card – All major banks • Wallet • COD
    • What are the accepted payment methods for international transactions?
      We accept the following modes of payment for international transactions: • Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa and American Express • PayPal
    • What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?
      If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com along with the screenshots of the transaction details, and we will resolve it for you. Our customer care team is available from Monday to Saturday, 11 AM till 7 PM IST.
  • PRODUCT RELATED
    • I am unable to see the product online
      Oops! there is a high possibility that the product might have been sold out by the time you were exploring. 
    • Can you tell me the length of this garment ? Suggest what will fit me ?
      Every clothing item has a detailed size chart that should help you with your right size. We would request you to refer that once.
    • I had added a product, it’s not showing anymore ?
      Unfortunately, the items which you have added to your basket have been sold out.
    • Prices seem to be different. Eg- In INR and USD
      For all domestic (within India) orders we follow the INR catalogue and for all international orders we follow the USD catalogue. Our pricing in international and domestic markets is different on account of differing operation costs for getting orders out to those regions (and also takes into account the demand and supply ratio). We do endeavor to keep our pricing as transparent as possible, which is why we still show prices in both INR and USD.
  • CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
    • Can you cancel my order?
      Order’s can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable. Once it is shipped, and you still want to cancel the order there would be a deduction of INR 200, as the charges for packing and shipping charges. For cancellations, you can write to us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com with the subject mentioned as ‘Order cancellation’
    • Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
      Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.
    • Can I modify the products (size/fit/colour) in my order after it has been placed?
      No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.   • EXCHANGE/ RETURN
    We at Ajaera, follow a very stringent quality check process and make sure to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders. However, incase our customers have received a damaged product. For any exchange / return requests please write to us on care@ajaerabymadsway.com 
    • Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?
      Please note that returns or exchanges will not be possible under the following circumstances:
      1. The return request is initiated after more than 48 hours from the date of delivery.
      2. The item(s) of the order have been used or damaged.
      3. Tags of the items were removed or damaged.
      4. The product has been customized based on your request.
      We strive to provide the best service and product quality to our customers. If you encounter any issues or have questions about our return policy, kindly reach out to our customer support team. We are here to assist you and ensure a satisfying shopping experience. Thank you for your understanding. All the products have been made in the finest hand-woven fabrics and materials. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product. Note – If ANY of the products delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you, please write to us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com along with the photograph of the product and video of package opening. We will try to replace the product/issue a credit note/initiate a refund depending on the scenario. Any complaint that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted. And any products purchased on sale will not be eligible for any return/refund/exchange unless you have received them in a broken/damaged condition.
    • What is Return Policy?
      At Ajaera, we believe in a straightforward and hassle-free Return Policy. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have the option to raise a Return Request via the “My Orders” section under your “My Account” tab on our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at care@ajaerabymadsway, and we will make every effort to address and resolve the issue promptly. Please note that returns are only applicable in the case of a manufacturing defect, which must be brought to our attention immediately upon delivery, along with a photograph and package opening video for reference. The returned product must be in its original condition. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 working days through the same payment source used during the initial purchase. Kindly be aware that we can only accept Return Requests filled within 48 hours of receiving the product. This ensures that we can promptly attend to your concern and offer the best possible resolution. We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver a positive shopping experience.   • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    • Charges and Timing
      For our international orders, we rely on DHL for secure and efficient delivery. Regardless of the number of items purchased, there is a flat charge of Rs. 2500/- per order. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange Payment options are flexible, and you can conveniently use either your card or PayPal for transactions. As a special gesture, every international order, particularly sarees, will receive a complimentary finish with fall & hemming. To ensure this personalized touch, please allow us at least a week’s time for your product to be dispatched.     • Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
      Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry, and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (UPS, DHL etc.) at the time of your order delivery, after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
    • International shipping terms and conditions
      • Any part cancellation of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order
      • Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in India  are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
      • Any documents required by the local authorities (residing country) for the custom’s clearance, will have to be arranged by the customer. In case of non availability of the document if the delivery of the order is denied by the local airport authorities, Ajaera will not be liable for any refund.
      • Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Ajaera will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund
      • International orders are not eligible for exchanges and returns.
