- How can I get my order delivered faster?Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order.
- My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.Rest assured, your money is fully secure. Occasionally, due to technical instabilities, there may be instances where the payment amount is debited but fails to process at the payment gateway. However, in such rare cases, the amount will be promptly reversed and returned to your account within 24 hours. Should an unlikely situation occur where the payment does go through despite the technical issue, we have you covered. We will take one of two actions: either your order will be processed smoothly, allowing you to receive the product or service as intended, or alternatively, if the order cannot be fulfilled, we will promptly refund the full amount to the original source of payment.
