Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?

- The return request is initiated after more than 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) of the order have been used or damaged.
- Tags of the items were removed or damaged.
- The product has been customized based on your request.

All the products have been made in the finest hand-woven fabrics and materials. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.
Note – If ANY of the products delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you, please write to us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com along with the photograph of the product and video of package opening. We will try to replace the product/issue a credit note/initiate a refund depending on the scenario. Any complaint that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
And any products purchased on sale will not be eligible for any return/refund/exchange unless you have received them in a broken/damaged condition.
