We do not follow a refund policy and do not offer a refund on any orders. However, incase our customers have received a damaged product. - Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase?Please note that returns or exchanges will not be possible under the following circumstances:
- The return request is initiated after more than 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) of the order have been used or damaged.
- Tags of the items were removed or damaged.
- The product has been customized based on your request.
- What is Return Policy?At Ajaera, we believe in a straightforward and hassle-free Return Policy. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have the option to raise a Return Request via the "My Orders" section under your "My Account" tab on our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at care@ajaerabymadsway, and we will make every effort to address and resolve the issue promptly. Please note that returns are only applicable in the case of a manufacturing defect, which must be brought to our attention immediately upon delivery, along with a photograph and package opening video for reference. The returned product must be in its original condition. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5-7 working days through the same payment source used during the initial purchase. Kindly be aware that we can only accept Return Requests filled within 48 hours of receiving the product.
