Can you cancel my order?

Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable. Once it is shipped, and you still want to cancel the order there would be a deduction of INR 200, as the charges for packing and shipping charges. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.

Can I modify the products (size/fit/colour) in my order after it has been placed?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.
