- How do I reset my password?To reset your password:

- You’ll receive a link to create a new password. (Note: The link will expire in 10 minutes for security purposes.)
- How do I register?To register with Ajaera by Madsway: Click on the ‘Register’ button on the top-right corner of the website. Fill in your email ID and create a secure password to get started.
- Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Ajaera?No, it’s not mandatory to have an account to shop with us. However, creating an account offers a smoother and more personalised experience. You’ll be able to view your order history, track orders, and save items to your wishlist.
- What is ‘My Account’?Your Ajaera Account lets you manage your personal and order information conveniently. With it, you can:
- Add or edit personal details like your name, email ID, and phone number.
- Change your password
- Check your order history and status
- Create and manage your Wishlist
Shipping & Delivery
- 1. How are orders placed on Ajaera delivered to me?All orders placed on Ajaera by Madsway are delivered via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- 2. How can I get my order delivered faster?Currently, we offer standard shipping only. While we do not have an express shipping option at the moment, we ensure swift dispatch within 3-4 business days of order confirmation. If you have any urgent requests, feel free to reach out to us at 📧 care@ajaerabymadsway.com and we will do our best to assist you.
- 3. Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing
- Flat Shipping Rate: ₹100 across India, regardless of the number of items.
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹5000.
- Taxes & Duties: All applicable taxes (including GST) are included in the product price.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days unless otherwise specified in the product description.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery timelines may vary between 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- 4. How do I track my order?Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress on the courier’s tracking portal. - 5. If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine them and offer reduced shipping?While we would love to reduce shipping wherever possible, orders placed separately are processed individually. If you would like your orders to be combined, please email us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com within 2 hours of placing the second order, and we will do our best to assist—subject to order status and processing timelines.
Payments
- Money is debited but I haven’t received any order confirmation.
- If the payment has been deducted but you haven’t received a confirmation email:
- Please wait a few minutes – sometimes, confirmations are delayed due to network issues.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- If it’s been more than 30 minutes, please email us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com
- with a screenshot of the payment receipt or transaction ID. We’ll verify and confirm your order status.
- Can I pay with 2 different credit cards for one order?Currently, we do not support split payments across two cards. Each order must be paid using a single payment method. What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order? In the rare case that your card has been charged more than once for the same order: Please contact us immediately at care@ajaerabymadsway.com with proof of duplicate charges (e.g., bank statement or transaction ID). Once verified, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- What are the payment options?Once you’ve selected your item(s) at Ajaera by Madsway, you can complete your purchase using any of the following secure payment methods:

Product Availability
- I am unable to see the product online. Why is that?If you’re unable to find a product on our website, it may currently be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. We frequently update our collections, so the item might return soon or be part of a limited edition release.
- I had added a product to my cart, and now it’s not showing anymore. What happened?This usually means that the product went out of stock while it was in your cart. Since we work with limited stock and handcrafted collections, availability can change quickly.
- How do I find a product on the website?You can easily find a product on the Ajaera by Madsway website by using the search bar at the top of the page. Simply type in keywords like the product name, type, collection, or fabric, and press enter. You can also browse through different categories, collections, or use filters such as size, color, and price to narrow down your search.
