Ajaera by Madsway is a heartfelt tribute to the late Shri Ajay Kumar Pandey, a visionary who believed in compassion and community. Inspired by his legacy, Ajaera is led by Kalpana Ajay Pandey  and Tuhin Anukkruti, who carry forward his mission through a brand that empowers and uplifts.

KALPANA’S NOTE:

Ajaera is a tribute to my husband, the Late Shri Ajay Kumar Pandey — a visionary, a generous soul, and the founder of Madsway Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In June 2021, we lost him to Covid. Though he left us too soon, his legacy continues to guide us every day.

Ajay believed in creating with purpose. He left his Armed Forces career to serve society through entrepreneurship, driven by passion and compassion. He was kind, selfless, and deeply committed to uplifting others — always giving more than he kept.

Through Ajaera, my daughter and I carry forward his spirit. Every piece we craft is a reflection of his values — love, resilience, and service. This brand is our way of honoring his memory and continuing the legacy he left behind with so much heart.

NAMING OUR BRAND

At Ajaera by Madsway, our name holds deep emotional significance. “Ajaera” (pronounced Aj-eer-rah) is a heartfelt fusion of two cherished names — Ajay and Era — symbolizing the love and legacy of our founders.

The name was inspired by the enduring bond between Late Shri Ajay Kumar Pandey and his wife, Kalpana. “Era,” a name he lovingly gave her, became a part of our identity and reflects the roots of our journey.

More than just a name, Ajaera represents connection, continuity, and care. It is a tribute to the values on which Madsway was built — compassion, purpose, and service — and serves as a guiding light as we carry forward a legacy built on love.

KALPANA AJAY PANDEY

Co-founder of Ajaera, Kalpana Ajay Pandey is a multi-talented artist with a soul rooted in tradition and creativity. She holds a Diploma in Fine Arts from Shantiniketan and an Acharya degree in Astrology, reflecting a life steeped in artistic expression and spiritual understanding.

From embroidery and batik to baking and gardening, Kalpana’s creativity has always flourished quietly within the home — woven into everyday moments and shared lovingly with her family. Her inspiration comes from nature, her spiritual journey, and her grandchildren, Adrush and Advik.

At Ajaera, Kalpana brings warmth, patience, and soul into every piece — a celebration of craftsmanship passed down through generations.

TUHIN ANUKKRUTI

Designer, dancer, and visual storyteller, Tuhin Anukkruti is the creative mind behind Ajaera. She holds a Bachelor’s in Leather Goods & Accessories Design from FDDI, Noida and a Master’s in Fashion Design from Apeejay Stya University, New Delhi. She is also a trained Kathak dancer with a Diploma (Hons) from Kathak Kendra, New Delhi under Maharaj Krishna Mohan Mishra of the Lucknow Gharana.

Tuhin blends her formal design background with deep cultural roots and a love for handcrafts, textiles, and storytelling. Whether designing, styling, or capturing moments behind the lens, she brings emotion and authenticity to every creation.

With her mother as her inspiration, Tuhin is building Ajaera as a heartfelt tribute to heritage, artistry, and shared dreams.
