Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹100 on all orders shipped within India, no matter how many items you purchase.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders with a cart value of ₹5,000 or more.

Pricing Transparency

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3-4 working days from the date of purchase.
  • If a product requires a longer dispatch time (e.g., for pre-orders or custom items), the estimated timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and the name of our courier partner.
  • You can use these details to track your shipment in real time and monitor its progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Address & Modifications

  • Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Need to make a change? Please contact us at hellomadsway@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order for any address updates or order modifications.
  • After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes due to our quick processing cycle.

Our standard shipping timelines operate on business days only.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days, and may affect dispatch or delivery timelines accordingly.

Cancellation, Modification & Return Policy

At Ajaera by Madsway, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience, backed by transparency and thoughtful customer service. 

Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders (fully or partially) can be cancelled only before they are invoiced or dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing of order, please email us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com with the subject line: “Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancellation is still requested after dispatch, a deduction of ₹200 will apply to cover packing and shipping charges.
  • The balance amount will be refunded after the returned product is received in its original condition.

Order Modifications

  • You may request to modify the shipping address within 2 hours of placing the order, or before the order is invoiced or dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • Once dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.

Product Modifications (Size / Fit / Colour)

  • We are unable to modify product details (such as size, fit, or colour) once the order is placed.
  • If needed, you may cancel the order (if still within the allowable window) and place a new one with the desired specifications.

Exchange & Return Policy

We follow a strict quality control process to ensure that every product you receive is crafted to perfection. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for personal preference or sizing issues, we do accommodate requests in the event of genuine manufacturing defects or wrong/damaged deliveries.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may be eligible for a return/exchange if:
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • You email us at care@ajaerabymadsway.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You include a clear photograph of the product and a video of the package being opened.
  • The item is in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return & Exchange Not Applicable In the Following Cases:

  • The return request is initiated after 48 hours from delivery.
  • The product has been used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • The tags or packaging are missing or tampered with.
  • The product has been customized based on customer specifications.
  • The item was purchased on sale, unless it arrived damaged or broken.

Our products are made using finest handwoven fabrics and artisan techniques.

Slight irregularities in weave, texture, or print are natural to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Refunds (For Eligible Cases Only)

  • If your return is approved (due to a genuine defect or incorrect product), we will initiate a refund, credit note, or replacement, depending on the scenario.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Products must meet all eligibility criteria to qualify for a refund.
