Can I pay with 2 different credit cards for one order?

Currently, we do not support split payments across two cards. Each order must be paid using a single payment method.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

In the rare case that your card has been charged more than once for the same order:

Please contact us immediately at hellomadsway@gmail.com

with proof of duplicate charges (e.g., bank statement or transaction ID).

Once verified, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
